Great News! We have been chosen to receive a grant that will greatly help to provide a more secure environment for the Minis and Friends South Austin Minis at Onion Creek Ranch.

Our owners received a call today from Electrobraid Fencing that we are receiving a grant of Electrobraid fencing and it will arrive within the next 10 days. Our mini-mom Sally is so excited she's got everyone excited. Thank you, thank you ElectroBraid!

Us minis are excited to - because now we can run and play and kick up our heels and fly through the pastures without everyone worrying we will get out of the old fences or sneak out to look for grass.

Wow! Congrats on the new fencing! Wish we could come help, But we are currently tied up with repairs on our own. My husband is handicapped and he does what he can. But because of all the rain this winter (swamps of San Leon), we have alot of mud and our place is "sinking". I guess that's what you get on Galveston Bay... Anyway, I know you'll love the new fence... Moonshine says they really work. He's spent most of this winter in his stall (it's a big one 15' x25') because we are afraid he will injure his legs in the deep mud/gumbo. At least six truck loads of sand and gravel have "disapeared" in this stuff for the last eight years. Our fence is leaning, trees have fallen over, because of all the wind and rain in this area. It's constant matinance and repairs, keeping us busy and it's time for more sand and gravel, again........
